The Local INN.terior is a Singapore interior Design Company registered in 2016, with interior design services as its primary registered activity and renovation contracting as its secondary. That combination matters in practice: we design the space and we carry responsibility for coordinating the trades that build it, rather than handing drawings to a third party and stepping back.

Residential interior design

HDB and BTO flats, condominiums, and landed homes. Our HDB work concentrates in Tengah, Punggol, Tampines, Hougang, Sengkang and Yishun, alongside resale projects in older estates. As an HDB-registered firm we can carry out hacking and structural works in HDB properties.

Commercial interior design

Offices, retail units, showrooms and F&B spaces. Commercial fit-outs run against a lease clock and a landlord's fit-out manual, so the sequence differs from residential work: landlord approval, fire safety and accessibility compliance, and delivery inside a fixed window.

Design styles we work in

We do not impose a house style. Our published projects span industrial, luxury, monochrome, Parisian, Victorian, wabi-sabi, farmhouse and Peranakan-influenced work — the Hougang maisonette layered the last two together. The style follows the client and the property, not a template.
