Advice we would give even if you do not hire us. Cross-reference at least three platforms, because any single one can be gamed. Check whether reviews name a specific designer and a specific project — generic praise is worth less than a review that says which flat, which estate and what went wrong. Confirm the firm appears in HDB's Directory of Registered Renovation Contractors if your project involves hacking. Read the critical reviews first and look at how the firm responded to them.
