Advice we would give even if you do not hire us. Cross-reference at least three platforms, because any single one can be gamed. Check whether reviews name a specific designer and a specific project — generic praise is worth less than a review that says which flat, which estate and what went wrong. Sunny is know how to listen carefully of our opinion and he did really try very hard to match our prefer concept with his creative and surprising design idea within our budjet! His design idea is very nice as well! We love it! And he is very kind person and always smile to us ~ even difficult favor, he try hard to check for us to give positive answer and always fast reply of msg and call even late night.
And even he was in overseas, he still try his best ti contact us for helping.
And after completed renovation, we got very good touch up service as well. And his all men who renovate my house also very professtional.

And the every progress finished very fast that we took around 1.5mth.(w/o public holiday and touch up)

We are very pleased with her recommendations for the flooring, cabinet laminates and kitchen tiles which made the whole place look very pulled together and evoked exactly the type of feel we wanted.

Our relationship with Catherine, Local Innterior began in July 2016. We were sourcing for IDs for our 4 bedrooms apartment via some online renovation portal. As usual, we received several quotes from ID firm and met up with a few IDs to discuss our plan and budget. Why did we choose Catherine? Firstly, she knew what we wanted. We have 3 children. Practicality is key. We wanted as many storage solutions as possible and she managed to come out with what we wanted, incorporated in her designs. Secondly, she is attentive to details. My wife wanted several small details in some carpentry work as well as colour scheme. Catherine remembered all very clearly and is able to remind us at times we forgot. Lastly, the quotation by Local Innterior was within our budget, which in fact, is one of the most important factor. Renovation work started on 1st November and took about 2 months to complete. There were a few hiccups, which is standard, as part of a renovation project. Also, there were some last minutes amendments. We had expected these as we did 2 renovations before for our previous homes. To our surprise, Catherine managed to solve all these with no delay. She did her best to help us resolve whatever issues we had. In term of services to her clients, we would say she surpassed our previous IDs. Way ahead. Masonry/carpentry/plumbing/electrical works were all done up to standard. Her personal touch, however, is way above standard. We are pleased with her services. Thank you very much, Catherine!

We decided on working with Keats and Catherine from The Local Inn.terior as they were very friendly and approachable, we felt an instant click with them. Residing overseas at that time, it was very important that we felt comfortable expressing our ideas and needed all the help to choose the perfect materials for this renovation and Keats exceeded these expectations. Their quotation was also very competitive and suited our budget. We were communicating via watsapp and videocalls and Keats was always there to take our calls even after midnight…sorry ah Keats. After our discussions, they showed us a 3D drawing and we were so impressed and excited as it was perfect. We really love our kitchen!
Keats was also quick on updates and helped us from purchasing the lightings to ensuring smooth deliveries of our appliances. After completion, he was very responsive and quick to rectify any minor touchups required. We felt “taken care off” till the end of our journey.
