My husband and I both have found Li Ping (Jade) a great ID to work with, from start to finish. Her can-do attitude towards our brand new home remained assuring throughout, and I have to commend especially the carpentry, plastering and boxing-up works.

With our design specifics in mind, she advised on space planning and selecting almost everything from materials and colours to taps and doorknobs. The whole project was handled with pride and patience, we’ve since learnt a lot about reno and will defo recommend her to anyone that needs a consultation or facelift for their home!

My husband and I engaged Joyce from The Local Inn.terior for the renovation of our place and have no regrets! She has been very professional and accommodating to our requests throughout our renovation journey. When we first met Joyce, she was attentive to our renovation requirements, budget and desired concept. During our discussions with her, she has never failed to provide us good and refreshing insights and ideas.
The whole design to renovation phase was well managed with constant updates from Joyce. She was always on-site to monitor the work and would verify some of the critical aspect of the renovation with us prior to the commencement of the works. She was responsive to all our messages or calls to her, even in the late hours. During our renovation, we encountered a slight delay in the shipment of the material for our flooring and were worried that the completion date might be pushed back. Joyce has however handled the situation well. She promptly re-scheduled and brought forward some of the other works that needs to be done so that our overall renovation could still be completed on schedule with no compromise to quality and the initial promised completion date.
Overall, we are very happy with how our place turned out to be! Families and friends who have popped by our place were impressed with the design, workmanship quality and delivery time. We would definitely recommend Joyce to anybody who will be renovating their place soon!

We engaged Local INN.terior for a very specific project – to remodel my mother-in-law’s bathroom to make it dementia friendly. From the very start of the project, Cee Leah took extra effort to understand our needs (including reading up on what goes into a dementia friendly bathroom) and to accommodate our schedule (work could only be done when my mother-in-law was not at home, so as not to distress her). Cee Leah was amazing to work with – she is trustworthy, hands-on with instructions and supervision, diligent and hardworking, and practical with her ideas and input – don’t be fooled by her youth! The Local INN.terior’s subcontractors and suppliers are also very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I am very grateful to, and would highly recommend, The Local INN.terior and Cee Leah!

I have a busy work schedule and most of the time am not in Sgp. I needed a trusted ID who can deliver to the essence and one that i can trust his judgement. After sourcing for 3 mths i chanced upon Local Interior. Sunny was my ID, was impressed with his draft conceptual on the 2nd meet up. The whole design to renovation phase was well managed with constant update. There were numerous occasion i saw interesting art piece while travelling and i can always count on Sunny for advice. Outcome. I got more than a dream style home with quality finished that is able to
bring out the mood. The whole journey from design, material and colour selection , lighting to the final product was a critical process too. It was an enjoyable process which was more important than anythings else.
Apart from Sunny, you can feel the vibe positive energy and team work from the staffs working in Local Interior. Great job guys. And to Sunny…..thank you for the whole journey. It has been awesome. If i had do any house reno, I will be sure to engage you again. Cheers mate.

We got Vincent as our ID not once but twice. The first time was for my mother in law’s place. He delivered according to what she wants and help to choose the right colours, tiles and other materials to match with her ideas. She is impressed with the overall results and can call it a home sweet home.
As for our own place, Vincent really work well with our budget, our idea of wanting it to be minimalist and completing the renovation right on time in less than 2 months.

She also never fail to reply your queries and is very spontaneous in getting them answered. Though there are some small hiccups with the renovation, we are still satisfied with the overall outcome.
