Quote provided was within our budget. Loved it that they really listen to our thoughts of our ideal home and did not change anything unlike other IDs that we approached. And the best part; they elevated our simple basic ideas to something beyond our imagination! 3D drawings provided were already so good and the final outcome was even better! Magnificent I must say! They really executed it perfectly! We were superbly blown away with what they had come up with for the kitchen island cum dining area and floating platform bed. Coz so far, no other IDs we approached managed to creatively suggest something of that kind.
We were also impressed with how good their customer service was. They were very prompt in replying to our calls and messages from the beginning and up till now even. (Applause)
Furthermore, from the very 1st meeting we already felt comfortable with them. They kept on suggesting creative ideas on how to make our dream home a dream come true. With them already suggesting /showing off what they could offer from day 1, really made it easier for us to come to our decision knowing we will be in safe hands.
